Statement: I fly as co-pilot in a small plane in instrument weather. I capture the dynamism of the experience with "Instants". As I fly, I see streaking rain on windows, troubled clouds and glimpses of Earth below. Is that a mountain over there!? Horizontal and vertical are
meaningless without instrument faces and busy needles. Once, through
a break in the clouds, a rainbow circled my wingtip, and I was becalmed.
